Psychiatric posting!

Nak dengar tak cerita posting baru kalini? Tekalah aku masuk posting mana?

PSYCHIATRY!

Okay posting ni memang challenging okay posting dia. patient dia semua kerenah lain2. and this time you have to deal dgn patient yg wandering around, bukan yg duduk terbaring sakit atas katil. No.

Bila masuk ward, all you have to do is to sit, and open your any writing materials. Get ready if with everything that will come to you. For the moment, korg tak perlu sgt approach patient. Ni tips nak tau patient mana yg approachable yg mana tak, time tu lah. Means that patient yg approachable mestilah yg akan dtg duduk sekali dgn korang kan, ye dak ><

So, kisah hari kedua masuk ward. Since hari pertama ward dah dapat clerk satu patient, so hari kedua mcm relax sikit. Yelah, dah ada experience hari pertama kan XD

Okay cerita bermula mcm ni, there was one patient, that turned up at our table. Approach method dia memang interesting, dia dtg dekat aku, terus kata "Fulamak! Macam pernah nampak lah!". I swear, he did not actually. Maybe terpakai lipstick terlebih merah kot haritu, tu yg noticeable tu HAHAHAHAHA. Tak payah nak mintak izin, patient tu sendiri tanya, "taknak tanya2 soalan ke?"

Then, you know you should open your template and start clerking your patient. Tak tipu, dia memang cooperative. Friendly, and communicative! (Macam buat case writeup pulak)

Dalam duk follow up, follow up je lah, sebab previously dia patient to another friend of mine. So we didnt do a full clerking. Paling menusuk kalbu, dia cakap, "Asyik saya je jawab soalan, meh saya nak test"

So the question began,

first question

P : tau baca Quran?

F : Tau

P : Faham Quran?

F : Insha Allah

P : Terjemah ayat2 ni

"Bismillahirrahmanirrahim'

F : Dengan nama Allah yg maha pemurah lagi maha penyayang

(Uish debo kite nok jawab se2)

P : Qulhuallahu ahad

F : katakanlah Allah tuhan yg satu

P : Allahussamad

F : (I was stucked, didnt remember, so i took some time)

P : takingat ke? ( then he completed the whole sura with complete tafseer)

Malu weh! Kat situ jugak dia ceramah. Well, he seemed rasional. But he knew, he needs to improvise. He need a cure, to his disease. i cant mention due to confidentiality. But hope you guys can take the message. Learn!

Lepas habis ward, we continued our lessons in Hotel (where our classes will usually be). After class, kitorg nak balik, nak turun lif. masa lif terbukak, ada satu akak (i assumed, tp features dia and clothing mcm lelaki sikit) Dia marah kitorg dlm lif tu tanpa reason tau tak!). So kitorg assume dia ada psychological disorder. Keluar dr lif, kitorg mimik2, ajuk balik. Dia keluar lif awal2 lagi so kitorg tak fikir apa2 lah. Toleh belakang, dia tgh mengejar jejak kitorg! 

Takut, kitorg lari balik rumah. Most kawan aku dia duduk condo lain, so terpaksa balik rumah sorg. Toleh belakang, dia masih mengejar! T_T

Sampai rumah, menggeletar, fobia. Bercerita dkt satu rumah. Sumpah pengalaman yg sgt menakutkan XD

So i think cerita dah habis, bed time story smpai sini je lah. Haha. Dah pergi tidur. Lepas ni make sure jgn ajuk2 balik sebarangan. Kena kejar padan muka.
